New NEDs for Police & NCA Remuneration Review Bodies
Ministers have appointed Kathryn Gray and Mark Hoble as members of the Police Remuneration Review Body (PRRB) and the National Crime Agency Remuneration Review Body (NCARRB). The PRRB makes independent recommendations concerning the pay, allowances and conditions of police officers to the Home Secretary and the Northern Ireland Minister of Justice. Similarly, the NCARRB makes independent recommendations to the government on the pay and allowances of National Crime Agency officers designated with operational powers.
Ms Kathryn Gray is a Group Human Resources Director with Just Group plc, appointed in August 2017. She has held a number of senior HR leadership roles working in a range of sectors including pharmaceutical, retail, telecoms and for the last ten years in financial services. Prior to joining Just Group she spent six years at Legal & General where she was Divisional HR Director for the Protection & Savings business and Group Director for Reward, Performance and Leadership & Talent. Prior to that she worked for RBS in Edinburgh.
Kathryn holds an MSc in Organisation and People Development and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She is a Board Trustee of the charitable organisation Greensleeves Care.
Mr Mark Hoble is a former partner at Mercer where he advised companies on matters such as the people aspects of mergers and acquisitions, and Board level remuneration.
