There are 5,250 director positions in total in FTSE 100, 250 & 350 companies in total.

BAME directors represent about 8% of the total (compared to 14% of the UK population)

37% FTSE 100; 69% of FTSE 250 and 59% of FTSE 350 companies do not have any BAME directors.

Eight companies account for over 25% of the BAME directors.

Only 15 BAME (PoC) people hold the position of Chair or CEO
