The Center for Talent Innovation (formerly Center for Work-Life Policy), a non-profit "think tank" based in New York City, has emerged as a thought leader in diversity and talent management, driving ground breaking research and seeding programs and practices that attract, retain and accelerate the new streams of talent around the world.
Cranfield University International Centre for Women Leaders
Through research, consultancy and management development activities, the Cranfield Centre for Women Leaders is committed to helping organisations and women managers world-wide to take positive steps towards redressing the current gender imbalance at executive levels. Since 1999, their annual Female FTSE benchmarking report has provided a regular measure of the number of women executive directors on the corporate boards of the UK's top 100 companies. The Female FTSE Index is announced each year in November, and attracts considerable press attention in the UK and internationally.
