Ofcom yesterday (27th February 2013) announced the appointment of Liza Leonard and Ian Mckay as new members of the Advisory Committee for Scotland.  Ofcom has established an advisory committee for each nation of the UK. These committees offer information and advice to Ofcom on aspects of its work, and of communications in general, which are of particular importance to each nation. The full membership of each of the Advisory Committees represents a wide range of previous experience and skills.

About Liz Leonard

Liz worked in the public and charity sectors, before joining a commercial radio station in Nottingham, Trent FM, as a producer/presenter. She then moved to the BBC where she worked for 16 years, as producer and then Series Producer.
