The All-Party Parliamentary Group on Race and the Community and The Runnymede Trust hosted Dr Jennifer Eberhardt, Professor of Psychology at Stanford University, at the House of Commons on Thursday 25th April 2019. Winner of the MacArthur Genius Grant, Dr Eberhardt discussed her new book ‘Biased: The New Science of Race and Inequality’ and how psychology shapes societal outcomes for ethnic minorities; the implications of her research for policy makers, corporates and public sector organisations and some strategies on what can be done to change these outcomes.

Welcomed by David Lammy, MP for Tottenham and Chair of the APPG on Race and Community, Dr Eberhardt was joined on a panel to discuss her research by:
